The Plasma Red machine model has been designed to perform at its best capability with the most common plasma supplies present in the market.

The Plasma Red main features:

Longitudinal main structure with tempered and machined double side guides complete with double side high precision racks mounted on the same structure with teeth in reversed position

The gantry is an isostatic rigid framework with longitudinal double side drive motor system, X and Y axis “gantry” control

MASTER carriage with plasma torch holder and transverse axis movement via servo motor

THE GANTRY

Electro welded framework of steel consisting in:

Electro-welded steel structure (X Axis)

Two supporting beam structures, equipped with rotating wheels and bearings system to permit the longitudinal movement of the machine along the Y Axis

Double Linear and rectified guides with skate roller system on the Gantry side

Moving Gantry X and Y axis

Both the supporting shoulders house the longitudinal drive motor system complete with encoders, gear boxes and rack and pinion coupling system for the movement.

The guiding longitudinal motors together with the pinion are coupled to the precision rack that is installed under the guiding bar for complete protection.

The right connection between motors and racks is ensured by a preloaded spring system.
