Machine Dimensions 28’x5’x6′ Weight: 4,200 lbs (including torch) EMI Inc. will warranty all parts for one year from date of start-up and provide end user with free telephone support for one year during ET business hours. Customer will provide an onsite technician for basic phone diagnostics and repairs. The system ships with a spare parts package inclusive of some fuses and relays. EMI provides service and support for its equipment. As a supplement to basic phone support, we can log into the machine with an Internet connection and see both operational and service level data. We also have our own qualified technicians who travel as well as a network of service technicians both nationally and internationally. Warranty does not cover On- Site Service, Travel Time or Expenses. Phone Support does NOT include training for new hires/operators that did not participate in the initial training. Additional training packages are available. ALL MACHINES RETURNED TO US MUST BE IN AS GOOD A CONDITION AS WHEN SHIPPED.
